How does the cashback program work?

When I represent buyers for a home at closing ,I get paid by the sellers. Normally 3% and I am happy to share my commission, up to 1.5% with you. 

Is it legal to get cashback at closing?

Yes, it is. Doesn't matter if it is cash buy or lender involved.

How do I manage to give cashback to buyers?

After working with franchise real estate firms and paying them for expenses (desk fees, office expenses and commission splits),
I finally realized that I could do more for my clients by figuring out a way to pay them back for trusting me with their business. I work from home and with minimal overheads, my business model allows to give cashback to my clients at closing.

Do all agents at REALTY HUB provide the same discounts?

No, although I'm a part of the firm I work independently to provide this benefit to my clients.
